Philip Leong VK2APL reports: The Club was pleased to welcome Mr Chi Xu, Sales Director, AppVision Australia. Chi has been working in the RF industry for 15 years, as an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) engineer, RF System Integration Engineer (National Instruments) and RF Specialist (National Instruments Australia).
Chi gave an enlightening talk on electronic test equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, arbitrary waveform generators, spectrum analysers, modular instruments and programming interfaces. As can be seen from the photos, he brought along a large range of Siglent equipment for members to try out.
The talk was well attended and members would like to thank Chi for the great seminar.
