As you all may be aware, instead of our “normal” Business Meeting, we will be holding our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 13th July 2011. The location will be the Terrey Hills Girl Guide Hall (i.e. our usual meeting venue). The time will be from 8 pm.
At the AGM, all memberships become payable for the next 12 months, so please remember to bring $35 with you.
Also at the AGM, all formal positions become vacant, so please consider what positions you would like to nominate for and/or who you would like to nominate for the various positions. We typically find that the position of lecture co-ordinator is the hardest position to fill, so please give serious thought to your willingness to volunteer for this position for the next 12 months.
