This quarter, the 5th Wednesday was dedicated to QRP rigs and aerials: SOTA gear, portable operations, stories such as Around the World in 90mW! homebrew, off-the-shelf products, CW, SSB, crystal locked, valves, QSOs, QSLs.
Carmel took out first place with her fabulous 80 and 40 mtr portable kit radios. Roger got an honourable mention for his story about his adjustable portable dipole as did Nick for his unfinished kit but the story winner was John for his clandestine qrp military radio that didn’t really exist.
