Members of the MWRS assembled at the Terry Hills Tavern for our annual Christmas party. We had style, we were sophisticated, and despite all that, we had a great night! As is usual, conversation flowed easily, meals were excellent and drinks a plenty. We swappd ideas, not always around ham radio, which made for a ‘Get to know you’ chat rather than the traditional radio chat and information we swap at the club.
Thank you to all that made the time out of your busy schedules to attend.
And thanks to the THT who looked after us on the night.

Thanks for organising a great night.
I am at the Terrey Hills nursing home visiting Gran and she was asking me about the night and if the MWRS closes down over Xmas so I logged on to see what dates the MWRS is closed over xmas and I found the THT item and Pix. I have only looked at the thumb nails as to look at the pix full screen will use up too much of my pre paid Inet.
I left some valves with Roger to test for the Yaesu si I will be interested to get them back. If you see him at the club you cound ask them about them. He was going to leave them with Bruce if I wasn’t there but he can also leave them with you if Bruce is not there.
